From our home to yours - Merry Christmas

We hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Christmas.
Ours was nice and very low key. We are enjoying our time with my dad.
Gage was a kick to watch going from one present to the next.
We wish everyone a Happy New Year.
May 2008 be a great year for all of us.

My "Bob" the Builder

Gage loves playing with his hard hat, tool belt, tools & blocks.

Gage also has a back pack that he doesn't veer far from.
Sometimes we have to peel the pack off of his back. He loves that thing.
Anything and everything will go in it.

He has that mischevious look. You never know what he's thinking.

Pics taken the beginning of November 07. Enjoy.

November's Card Class

Here are just some samples of the cards that I did in my card class in November. I teach card classes every other month at The Scrapbasket for those that are interested and for those that live locally here in Anchorage/Wasilla, AK. My next class will be in January 2008. Ok that's weird to say.

For more information please contact The Scrapbasket (Wasilla, AK) to sign up early. We tend to fill up and we only have a certain number of spots.

Good morning - Again I am falling so far behind. Here is Gage on Halloween. Oh and please note - NO SNOW!! We have none now either. I am so loving this weather.

MORE Newman pics

Here are some pictures that were taken the beginning of October at a really great pumpkin patch in OR. It was such a great family day. Pumpkins and fresh vegetables were endless. You don't see that up here.

This weekend I am enjoying time by myself stamping and doing my Christmas cards. I can even watch a movie from start to finish without any interruptions. What a concept.

I love my "daddy"

Wow!! It's been like way way way too long.

Boy do I ever fall short on keeping my blog up. I thought that I would do this more often. I really hope to in the future. Well just a short run down on what has been happening with The Newman's. We went home to WA & OR in the beginning of October for a house hunting / area hunting trip for our relocation in 2008. Of course we crammed in as much time to see family and friends while we were there. We also were able to spend a little time with our friends in ID too. The FALL colors were fabulous and of course I took lots of pictures with my new "Nikon D-40" digital camera. Did I mention how much I LOVE my new little "precious". I even named her that. The weather was oh yah 68 degrees when we were there. Did I want to come home? AAHH NO! I always enjoy going home and getting out of Alaska. As for my husband - nah don't ask him.

I finished 3 pages of who else but my favorite little guy before we left and just couldn't post them until now. Hope you enjoy them. More pictures of our trip to come in the next couple of days.

Just Getting Started

Wow I feel so far behind so I guess I better get this blog started. NO better time then the present. Here is my son who is my pride and joy. I love being a stay at home mom with him. I wouldn't trade it for anything in life. Gage is 18 months here. My friend "Sara" came over and took some shots of Gage in our back yard. Let me tell you he was here there and everywhere. Must be his age.

How adorable is he!!!

Look at that smile would ya
